شروط الإستبدال والإسترجاع ( Refund and Exchange Conditions )

الاسترجاع والاستبدال حق المستهلك ( return and exchange is Consumer right ):

نتفهم حاجة المشتري في رغبة استرجاع بعض المنتجات بعد استلامها وتأكيدًا لحق المستهلك

والمضمون له من قبل وزارة التجارة فإن سياسة الاسترجاع لدينا تستمر لمدة 7 ايام

والاستبدال 7 أيام من تاريخ استلام العميل للطلب وذلك بالتواصل معنا عبر الواتس اب الموجود في الموقع.

We understand the buyer's need to return some products after receiving them, and to confirm the consumer's right

and guaranteed by the Ministry of Commerce, our return & exchange policy lasts for 7 days from the date the customer receives the order by contacting us via WhatsApp on the site.

لكي يكون المنتج مؤهلا للاسترجاع ( Returns will be processed only if):

تسليم العباية بحالتها الاصلية بداخل البوكس الخاص بالعباية . The abaya will be delivered in its original condition inside the abaya box.

اعادة كافة القطع المرفقة مع العباية (طرحة , نقاب) أو أي منتج تم تقديمه مع الطلب .Return all items attached to the abaya (scarf, niqab) or any product provided with the order.

نصدر لك بوليصة تسلمي فيها العباية لأقرب فرع ارامكس قبل انتهاء البوليصة .We issue you a shipping policy in which you deliver the abaya to the nearest Aramex branch before the expiration of the policy.

مدة صلاحية البوليصة 6 أيام من تاريخ صدورها فقط .The policy is valid for 6 days from the date of issuance only.

في حالة الاسترجاع بدون اي عيب مصنعي او في حالة اختيار مقاس مختلف من قبل العميل يتوجب دفع تكاليف الشحن 60 ريال.

In case of return without any manufacturing defect or in case the customer chooses a different size, the shipping cost of 60 riyals must be paid.

اصدار بوليصة للمرة الثانية برسوم 40 ريال (في حال انتهاء البوليصة الأولى قبل التسليم وفي حال الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع ) .

Issuing a policy for the second time for a fee of 40 riyals (in the event that the first policy expires before delivery and in the event of replacement or return).

طلبات التعديل اوالتفصيل اوالطلب بمقاسات خاصة يجب ان تكون مسبقة الدفع وغير متاح الاستبدال والاسترجاع الا في حالة وجود خطأ مصنعي فقط ( إذا كان منتجات مصنعة بناء على طلب المستهلك أو وفقاً لمواصفات حددها، ويستثنى من ذلك المنتجات التي بها عيب أو غير المطابقة للمواصفات المتفق عليها) - البند (أ) من الفقرة (2) - المادة الثالثة عشر

Requests for modification, detailing and special size requests must be prepaid and exchange and return are not available except in the event of a manufacturing error only (if the products are manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications he has specified, with the exception of products that have a defect or do not conform to the agreed specifications) - Clause (a) of Paragraph (2) - Article Thirteen

في حال الاسترجاع يتم اعادة المبلغ خلال 5-15 يوم عمل على أبعد تقدير من تاريخ وصول المنتج وفحصه .

In the event of a return, the amount will be refunded within 5-15 working days at the latest from the date of the product’s arrival and inspection.

طلبات الاستبدال والاسترجاع الدولي يتحمل العميل تكاليف الشحن.

International exchange and return requests are subject to shipping costs.

طلبات تابي وتمارا والمدفوعات الالكتروني مثل مدى وفيزا وغيرها ماعد التحويل البنكي في حال الاسترجاع يتم خصم على كل عملية شراء 13 ريال من قبل تابي وتمارا .

Tabby and Tamara requests and electronic payments such as Mada, Visa, etc. except for bank transfer. In the event of a return, 13 riyals will be deducted from each purchase by Tabby and Tamara.

العيوب المصنعية والاخطاء في الطلب :

نعتذر أولا في حال حدوث ذلك. وفي حال تم استلامكم لمنتج يوجد به عيوب مصنعية من المصدر او خطا في الطلب.

Manufacturing defects and order errors :

We apologize first if this happens. And if you receive a product with manufacturing defects from the source or an error in the order.

عزيزتنا العميلة يرجى الانتباة في حاله عدم استلامك للشحنه المرسله

سيتم ارجاعها من قبل شركه الشحن وعلية ستفرض رسوم شحن جديدة بمبلغ 60 ريال وذلك مقابل رسوم ارجاع الشحنه ورسوم ارسال الشحنه مرة اخرى

Dear customer, please note that if you do not receive the shipment sent, it will be returned by the shipping company and a new shipping fee of 60 riyals will be imposed for the return fee and the shipping fee again.

وفي حالة الغاءك لاستلام الطلب سيتم خصم 60ريال من مبلغ الطلب وذلك مقابل رسوم ارسال الشحنه وارجاعها

In case of cancellation of the order, 60 riyals will be deducted from the order amount as a fee for sending and returning the shipment.
